Aza is a colleague from my previous job. Before I came to japan, I heard all the stories about the hardships working in offices in Japan. We love Japan as a place for travel and leisure but it might turn out to be different when you work or start a life here.⠀
When I first got into the office. I was surprised that small office like this would accept foreign employees without many projects overseas. And they keep on hiring non-stop.
